DETAIL POINTS
Three close-ups of the zipper, the anchors, and the join.
Same zipper geometry at each end. The connector does not have a "G450 side" or "C240 side" — point it whichever way the site lays out.
A small toggle and O-ring at each zipper terminus locks the pull in the closed position. Wind pressure and accidental snags do not pop the seal.
A separate stake-out O-ring sits next to each zipper terminus. Peg these down to hold the connector shape, prevent sagging, and shed rain off the top.

Heads up: the Gopamir C240 shelter is not currently in the BigTent catalog. You will need to source a C240 separately, or wait for us to add it. If you only own a G450 and no C240, this product does not have a use case on its own.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
Yes. The connector is a tunnel between two shelters — without both, there is nothing to connect. The C240 is a separate Gopamir model (not currently in the BigTent catalog). Source one separately if you want to set up the two-shelter system.
No. The connector geometry is specific to the G450 doorway on one end and the C240 doorway on the other. Two G450s would need a different connector — not currently in the Gopamir lineup.
Same fabric and construction as the Gopamir vestibules — silicone-coated both sides with waterproof seam thread + zigzag stitching (not seam-taped, because silicone coating prevents tape adhesion). In sustained heavy rain, brand recommends applying silicone seam sealer to leak-prone seams.
Two purposes per end. The toggle O-ring locks the zipper pull in place so the connection cannot pop open under wind or accidental snagging. The stake-out O-ring next to it lets you peg the connector taut so the middle does not sag when rain hits the top.
No. The connector is symmetric. Both ends use the same bidirectional zipper. Lay out your campsite however you want, then zip the connector to whichever shelter sits at each end.
Yes. Weight-based air surcharge shows at checkout — duties and customs covered, no surprise bills later. Five days versus the standard six-week ocean lead time.
