A wall that breathes with you.
45-count T/C cotton absorbs interior moisture and releases it as conditions shift. On cool humid mornings inside the TN600 you wake up to less drip on the sleeping bag — and the cotton stays quieter in wind than pure synthetic walls.
NYLON
Lighter for all-season
Suspension straps integrated into the inner tent snap into the TN600's interior anchor points. No drilling, no extra hardware. Pull it out of the bag, clip in at the corners, and the inner cabin hangs in place.
INCLUDED
Footprint in the box, not extra.
Included is a custom-fit P300D Oxford footprint rated to 10,000 mm hydrostatic head, delivering reliable waterproof ground protection. It creates a sealed barrier beneath the inner tent, eliminating the need for an aftermarket footprint while ensuring a perfect fit. The footprint accounts for approximately 1 kg of the shelter's 5 kg total weight.

Cotton vs nylon inner tent — which should I get?
Cotton (ITTC): heavier at 4 kg, breathes better, manages condensation better, works for four-season use. Nylon (ITN): lighter at 2.9 kg, packs smaller, fine for summer trips. Many owners buy both and swap by trip — cotton for cool weather, nylon for hot.
Is the footprint really included?
Yes. The kit ships with both the cotton inner tent AND a P300D Oxford footprint with 10,000 mm hydrostatic head waterproof rating. Total weight is 5 kg: 4 kg tent plus 1 kg footprint. The footprint is not a separate purchase.
Will cotton fabric leak in heavy rain?
The cotton has a water-repellent DWR finish — water beads off in moderate rain. For prolonged heavy rain, the main shelter rain fly does the primary weather work; the inner tent is for the interior microclimate, not the outer weather barrier. The cotton tent walls are not designed to be a primary waterproof barrier.
How does it attach to the TN600?
Suspension straps integrated into the inner tent attach to existing anchor points inside the main shelter. No drilling, no extra hardware — pull the tent out of the bag, clip in at the corners, and the structure hangs in place.
Why is the footprint shape irregular?
The TN600 floor outline is wider at the front and narrower at the back (310 cm front × 260 cm back). The footprint matches this asymmetric shape to give you a sealed waterproof base under the entire inner tent footprint without flapping excess fabric.
Air shipping available?
Yes. Weight-based air surcharge shows at checkout — duties and customs covered, no surprise bills later. Five days versus the standard six-week ocean lead time.

We carry both the cotton (this) and the nylon (ITN) inner tents because the answer changes by season. Cotton breathes — it absorbs and releases interior moisture, so cool humid mornings inside the TN600 don't end with condensation drip on your sleeping bag. Nylon packs smaller and saves 1.1 kg, which matters if you're moving the kit often or camping in hot dry stretches where airflow does the work. Neither is the "right" one. If you're picking one to start, cotton covers more of the year in coastal BC and the Rockies; if your trips are mostly July-August dry-camping, nylon is the lighter answer. Many TN600 owners eventually own both and swap by trip.
