How the marker system works.

3M stitch = exact stake spot.
The reflective stitch on each strap marks where the corner stake goes. Visible by headlamp; no measuring tape, no trial and error.
Stake first. Inflate after.
With all six corners pre-staked, inflation pulls the canopy into a true hexagon. Seams sit flat, no twist, no re-staking under pressure.

The strap lengths are sized to the G450 hexagonal footprint (450 × 380 cm). It will not work for the rectangular TN600 or T720+ footprints — those need different geometries.

Aren't these just guylines?
No. Traditional guylines tie off the canopy after it ' s pitched, against wind. This kit marks where to stake the six corners BEFORE you inflate — so the hexagonal footprint comes up straight on the first try.
Do I still need the included G450 stakes?
Yes. This kit shows you where to drive the stakes. The stakes themselves are in the G450 main package. Use both together.
Will it work for other Gopamir tents?
No. The strap lengths are cut to the G450 hexagonal footprint (450 × 380 cm). The TN600 and T720+ use rectangular footprints with different stake spacing.
Is it useful in calm conditions?
Yes — even more so for first-time setups. Marking six corners ahead of time means the shelter inflates without twisted seams. Once you ' re practiced, it shaves 5-10 minutes off setup.
