Traditional poled cabins take two adults and 30-40 minutes to pitch. The AON T-250 replaces the poles with a TPU air-beam frame and a built-in electric pump. Press start, walk back to the car, finish unloading — the cabin is standing.
Floor 380 × 250 cm fits four campers plus gear, with 225 cm peak headroom (88.6 in) so adults stand fully upright. Body fabric is 75D ripstop polyester with 3,000 mm hydrostatic head; the dedicated roof fly adds a second layer rated to 5,000 mm. A pressure sensor in the pump stops inflation at the target — no over-pressuring during setup.
BigTent imports directly with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Thermoplastic-polyurethane tubes replace metal poles. Per KZM's chart, T-250 weighs 21 kg vs typical 32-42 kg.
225 cm peak. Stand up.
Air-beam geometry lifts the ceiling to 225 cm (88.6 in). Most adults stand fully upright inside.
Panoramic window wall.
One full wall opens to a panoramic-view window. Slit-style window grid keeps rigidity while letting light flood the cabin.
Body 3,000 mm + roof 5,000 mm.
Body fabric is rated to 3,000 mm hydrostatic head. The dedicated roof fly adds a second layer at 5,000 mm — handles steady rain.
HOW IT WORKS
Three things the air-beam frame does that poles cannot.

One-body frame, one inflation.
All air channels are connected into a single sealed system. Open the safelock valve, run the pump once — the entire frame fills together.
FEATURE 2 OF 4
Pressure sensor stops the pump.
The pump reads pressure as it fills. When it hits the target the motor stops — no over-pressuring, no popped seams during setup.
FEATURE 3 OF 4
Hand pump backup included.
If the battery is flat or the pump fails far from power, the included hand pump finishes the job. No trip-killer scenario.

Expands with vestibule modules.
Front and rear doors share a zipper standard with the T-250 Vestibule and TPU Window, allowing you to connect modules and build a versatile 4-zone shelter. T-250 Vestibule sold separately.

How long does inflation actually take?
10-15 minutes from valve-open to fully pitched, per the manufacturer. First-time users typically take 20-25 minutes while learning the valve and skirt routine.
What happens if the pump battery dies?
A manual hand pump is included in the box with a hose and nozzle adapter. It inflates the shelter from flat — slower than the electric pump, but no trip-killer.
How waterproof is it?
Body fabric is 75D ripstop polyester rated to 3,000 mm hydrostatic head. The dedicated roof fly adds a second layer rated to 5,000 mm. Groundsheet is 150D Oxford at 1,500 mm.
Does it handle wind?
Storm-guard webbing straps on the front and rear roof help stabilize in wind, and 14 guy ropes (110/140/170/300 cm) come pre-installed. Manufacturer does not publish a specific wind-speed rating.
Can I leave the cabin inflated for days?
Yes — the pressure sensor monitors the air-beam during use. On hot afternoons pressure rises, on cold nights it drops; both are normal for TPU. Top up with the pump if the frame feels soft.
What size sleeping pads fit inside?
Per KZM, two double mats plus one super-single mat fit on the 380 × 250 cm floor. Most North American queen-size air mattresses (152 × 203 cm) fit in pairs with room to spare.
Where is it made, and what's the warranty?
BigTent imports directly and covers a 1-year manufacturer warranty for material and workmanship defects. Repair kit included.
Can I expand it later?
