Behind the Booth: Bringing Bigtent to The Outdoor Adventure Show

Recently, the Bigtent Outdoors team packed up some of our favorite gear and headed to The Outdoor Adventure and Travel Show. We were incredibly honored to be invited by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) and Korean Air to join them at their booth for the weekend.

They brought us in with a specific goal: to help promote and share the unique beauty, aesthetics, and high-quality craftsmanship of Korean camping culture with a brand new audience.

Instead of a sprawling, overwhelming footprint, our shared space was carefully curated and highly focused. This created an incredibly intimate and engaging environment for connecting directly with attendees. We loved being able to gather everyone right around our IGT set-up, offering hands-on walk-throughs and having real, in-depth conversations about the gear.

It was an amazing experience setting up our camping gears right on the show floor. We absolutely loved chatting with everyone who stopped by to talk about their camping and outdoor adventures. From deep dives into the IGT system to explaining the craftsmanship behind our favorite setups, the energy in the building was unreal.

What truly blew us away, however, was the sheer volume of inquiries and conversations we had with the public. Seeing so many people genuinely curious about upgrading their camp setups or getting into the outdoors for the first time was incredibly inspiring. It reinforced exactly why we do what we do, and it made us feel like we are truly accomplishing our core mission: bringing the joy of camping to more people.
