Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout to eligible orders:
- Canada: orders of CAD $300 or more (before tax & fees).
- USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Marshall Islands): orders of USD $300 or more (before tax & fees).
Included: regular-price items, Reserve orders at the Reserve price (10% off), and Express Air orders.
Not included:
- Oversized items — large or heavy gear such as large tents and shelters, large tables, large stoves and heaters, and fridges
- Items priced more than 10% below their regular price — such as sale, clearance and Launch prices
Each product page shows whether an item qualifies for free shipping, and checkout shows your shipping cost before you pay.
If you return items from an order that shipped free, the actual cost of shipping them to you is deducted from your refund — see Section 3 of our Cancel, Return & Exchange Policy.
Terms and Conditions:
- Free shipping offers are subject to change and may vary based on promotional periods.
- Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using our standard shipping method. Expedited shipping options, where offered, are available at an additional cost.
- Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside Canada and the contiguous United States.
