Specifically, deep internal areas may show uneven coating due to structural complexity. These are normal manufacturing characteristics and do not affect the product's performance or durability.
To ensure compatibility with various accessories, intentional tolerances (gaps) are built into the design. Due to slight variations in coating thickness, there may be a height difference of up to 3.5mm or minor gaps/tilting between units. This is a result of precision angle adjustments made to prevent wobbling and is considered a normal product feature. (Please contact our A/S center if the height difference exceeds 3.5mm.)
Yes. New products may feel slightly stiff in the folding sections or during unit expansion due to the thickness of the protective coating. This stiffness will naturally decrease, and the joints will become smoother and more flexible through regular use.
Please exercise caution during assembly and storage to prevent fingers or hands from getting caught in the folding mechanisms. For safety reasons, do not allow children to assemble or store the product. Always ensure that all locking pins/fasteners are returned to their original neutral position and the frame is completely folded before placing it in storage to prevent damage.
Do not exceed the specified maximum load capacity and avoid concentrating weight on a single point to prevent structural damage. Avoid using the product on uneven or unstable terrain. Additionally, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or use in heavy rain is not recommended as it may shorten the product's lifespan.
After outdoor use, clean any contaminants with a soft cloth and ensure the product is completely dry before storing. Maintaining the product in a clean, dry state is the best way to prevent corrosion and discoloration, significantly extending its service life.
