SETUP

Zip to the tent, raise the far end on poles

The shade zips to the front of the Geo-Air 4 across three sides, and you raise the opposite end with two poles to open up a covered area. Pitched, it adds a 300 cm deep by 400 cm wide (118 in by 157 in) shaded space for a table and chairs ahead of the tent. The two poles are not included, so you supply your own to match your setup.

Which tent does it fit?

It is made for the the Earth Geo-Air 4 and zips to the front of that tent across three sides. It is an extension accessory, not a standalone shelter, so you need the Geo-Air 4 to use it.

Are poles included?

No. You need two poles to raise the open end, and they are not in the box. The shade packs with the canopy skin and a storage pouch only.

Can I use it in the rain?

It is designed as a sun shade for clear days. the Earth advises against rain use, since water can pool in the centre and moisture can enter at the zippers. The canopy is PU-coated polyester rated to a 3,000 mm hydrostatic head and comes in Black, Grey, and Tan.
