Please Note Before You Buy

Shimmering Effect & Pinholes

The shimmering effect in sunlight is caused by the fabric weave, not a defect. Small holes at coated or stitched areas do not cause leaks. These are not grounds for return or defect claims.

Pole Scratches

Scratches like the ones pictured may occur on the poles during the manufacturing process, shipping, or assembly.

Mesh Bunching

Returns are not accepted for mesh bunching. This can occur during the packing process or when setting up the product.
